Job Description:
As an Assistant Team Leader, you’ll play a dual role: managing team performance and engaging directly with UK business owners to promote Web Royale’s digital solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive daily outbound sales activities targeting UK businesses while maintaining personal sales targets.
– Pitch, negotiate, and close deals for digital marketing, SEO, and website solutions.
– Support the Team Leader in monitoring KPIs and achieving team goals.
– Coach and mentor sales executives to improve communication, persuasion, and conversion skills.
– Foster a competitive, motivated, and performance-driven team culture.
– Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
– Manage daily operations and performance tracking in the Team Leader’s absence.
Job Specifications:
– 1–3 years of experience in outbound international sales, preferably in the UK market.
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding personal and team targets.
– Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Understanding of digital solutions: website design, SEO, Google Ads, and online branding.
– Proficient in CRM and sales reporting tools.
– Resilient, accountable, and positive in a competitive sales environment.
Educational Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
– Certifications or training in digital marketing or sales are a plus.
